In a few years do you think beachfront real estate will pick up?

I want to try to be a real estate agent and sell beachfront properties (we are planning to move to N. Carolina coast). I still have two more years of college to get my bachelor's degree, then some time to go through real estate school. Do you think it will bounce back?

i hope so. otherwise what the hell are we trying to save our money for? or what are we living for? worldwide economy MUST and SHOULD bounce back. i have to say though that you pick a good target location for real estate. beachfront prices are ALWAYS sky high. your commission will make you rich for sure. real estate biz is all about location location location and people with money have a fetish for beachfront, sky/water/nature view always ALWAYS!. good luck
